About me: So I prefer to go by MrRe online pronounced Mr Re (aka Mystery) a pun on itself. But I'm 40. I've got several decades worth of experience. I have dmed off and on in my time. Mostly homebrew campaigns. My favorite system is Pathfinder 2e or Dnd 5e ATM so I'd like a game for either of those. If it's PF2e I'd prefer foundry over roll20. While roll20 is great its not really designed for pf2e without having to manually enter a TON of info which I rather avoid Availability: My preferred game time range is 5pm-10pm CST on Mon, Tues, Wed, or Sat. Is what I have open ATM if any of that fills i'll adjust that since I'd love a game or two more. And I definitely need something weekly. It makes it easier to stay in character with their personality as long as there isn't more then a 7 day gap. Free to play only. While I have no problem with people who pay for games and I get the appeal I am on disability and cant afford a play to pay game unless its like 5-10 bucks a month which I know no dm will ever go for normally. Why Me: So at this point I know a lot of dms want to know what I bring to the table and such so here I go: I tend to be about 40-60% range for rp and then the same for combat. I like to be creative where I can try to find a different way or unique way to do things sticking to that character I'm playings personality so I immersive myself while in that character so they can change and grow based on the experiences they have. If my character gets maimed or killed it happens I don't get upset and lets face it sometimes the dice gods just don't like us. I cant tell you how many times in the past 20 plus years I've died due to the dice gods. Of course my own stupidity at times gets me killed at times too but that's fine. I'm very laid back and open minded. While I enjoy crafting and magic stuff the most I am open to play whatever role is needed its interesting to push yourself in new unique ways, And got to remember what stuff happens in game stays in game. Shouldn't effect you outside of the game or how you see people. They are just playing their characters. Favorite Moments in TTRPG: So like everyone we all have lost characters over the years and I for one am not the most liked by the dice gods. But it can lead to some interesting ways events. Like for example on Pathfinder 2e I have literally crit failed and killed myself with a medicine check trying to first aid myself. That was amazing. Another game I was playing a rogue and had stealthly stolen a bad guys bag of poppets and began training them to become all killers. The wizard had found out and I managed to convince and bribe them to join in and we were well on the way of training a mini army of rogues and casters for a long time till I accidentally got possessed and controlled by me multiple rolling 1s in a row. And ended up having to turn on the party because of it. And it of course there was one time while invisible and horriblely failing a perception check with a 1 roll to play a makeshift bomb I had crit succeed on making and including a few things I REALLY SHOULDNT have put in there. And well it got found and messed with right away before I could even get out of the room creating a massive explosion blowing myself up and well a GIANT CRATER with the team funnily having to perform multiple athletics rolls to get away in time. Final Notes: I love playing tabletop games and exploring worlds and such. It's a great way to meet new people and make friends along the way. I love to discuss and bounce ideas for stuff and characters with people. If you are interesting in me joining or just want to chat feel free to message me here or dm me as well. We can swap discords to talk and such. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and have a good day.
