Object/Drawing Scale Tool

Hi there, I create most of my maps in-engine with the box, ellipse, pen, etc. tools. I've noticed that recently (over the past few weeks), the option to scale/stretch/etc drawings and objects has periodically disappeared. I'll mouse over the little pull box things but the cursor won't change and it won't respond. Sometimes reloading the page fixes it but other times it'll just be disabled for a few days. Is this a known issue? Is there a way around it? It's become increasingly frequent recently.  Thank you!

Hi Charlotte W.,  Is this in a regular or Jumpgate game?
Regular.

Could you supply a screenshot of what is happening the next time it happens so I can try to replicate it?

Here: Sorry for the low quality. As you can see, the cursor isn't reacting to being on the blue square and I can't stretch or resize the circle.

Thank you for the screenshot.  Which browser are you using?  What is the zoom level?
I'm using Chrome. The browser zoom level is normal; within roll20 I've tried lots of different zoom levels and it doesn't seem to affect this.

Please try Chrome's Incognito mode. See if that helps.

Hi Charlotte! I have noticed this from time to time. In my case, it seems to be a bug if the object I am editing is overlapping another graphic, even if that graphic is on a different layer. I'll have to go to the map layer, move the underlying object and then to the token layer to edit, and back to the map layer to re-place the underlying graphic. It doesn't happen consistently, but often enough for me to perceive a pattern. Does that jibe with what you are experiencing?
I don't think so, unfortunately; I still can't resize objects on completely blank maps or on any layer. I can still resize tokens made from imported images, though.
