Hello there. I'm looking to do a vampire romance RP with someone on a one-on-one basis in the play-by-post format. I do not wish for this to turn into smut or anything like that, but a true, heart-felt romance between the characters, exploring the difficult themes at play and the obstacles that such a couple would have to overcome. Here are a few plots I'd like to try. PM me if any of these would interest you. -A vampire queen becomes a romantic snare to a young, mortal man. With her wiles, she entices him into this dark world, but keeps him human because he is of more use to her that way, both as a source of fresh blood, and as a servant who can walk in daylight for her. -A dhampir (half-vampire) who hates and hunts vampires finds himself falling in love with a "Daughter of the Sun," who is a beacon of goodness and moral purity. Vampires hunt this "Daughter of the Sun" because her mere existence is a threat to their kind, but the dhampir protects her, despite the danger she poses even to him, because he wants to see the full-blooded vampires burn. This may also contain a storyline about him confronting his abusive, vampire father. -A re-telling of Beauty and the Beast with a vampire lord as the "beast." Unlike most romances, this would have a sad ending, where the angry mob comes for him, and because the woman he loves has shown him joy again, he can accept his end with peace and dignity. -A woman is betrayed by a man she allowed to get too close when he infects her with the foul vampire disease. As she starts to turn, she seeks revenge against this man, and finds an ally willing to help her in this quest. She and this ally fall in love over the course of the story, and together they have to decide between vengeance and a cure for her condition.
