[LFP] Living World Grimdark fantasy Westmarch is Looking for new Players!

The Realm Beyond is expanding! Want to get into a Westmarch Campaign? Do you enjoy roleplaying? Do you enjoy uncovering rich lore? Do you enjoy intense & challenging combat over meat grinders? The Realm Beyond is an RP-heavy grimdark fantasy that suits audiences above 18. The Westmarch has been running regularly for the past 4 years and will continue for much longer! Our setting is inspired by Souls series games, with our own original lore. It's a dangerous world where your choices and actions have consequences for your own character and the setting itself. Tactical thinking and team play are crucial for survival! With the Westmarch system, you can join sessions whenever you want and level your character at your own pace along with our community. We use Discord voice chat and Roll20 to play our sessions.  The Realm Beyond features an amazing community with a great social spirit. The setting has a rich lore with a lot to be discovered. The Realm Beyond also have access to Roll20 Pro, WorldAnvil, Compendium Books for Roll20 and our own easy-to-follow website to get started! Although our sessions are considered hard on typical Dungeon and Dragon standards, we welcome players of all skill levels! Join in, made my first character, Kal. A bandit shot a bolt at his head, he ended up blind in the dessert. Then a demon came and ate me alive. 10/10, would recommend.

Do people have one character or do they end up playing multiple characters?

Are there openings for this game? A friend and I are looking for a game to join and I love the souls series

There are 2 character slots to start with, and 2 archiving slots which allows you to basically switch between 4 alive characters. Then GMs get more character slots if they run sessions, and you can also obtain more by reaching certain achievements like reaching lvl10 with a character
