Repost due incorrect price listing in original post Drakkenheim; The ruins of a once thriving city, now reduced to rubble and dust. Haunted streets, shattered mage towers, and ancient castles now find themselves twisted and marred by strange, twisted creatures. When the meteor fell 15 years ago, it scattered a dangerous but valuable substance throughout the metropolis, a powerful arcane material known as Delerium, through the streets. With the royal family all but wiped out or missing following the disaster, shards of pure arcana littering the streets, a dangerous power vacuum arises, with competing factions resting their eyes on the desolated city. Will you help restore order to the land. Will you purge the city of it's corruption. Or will you roll in the untapped riches of this new material ... and can you survive the streets without becoming a monster yourself ... Hello, Hi, Hey, Welcome All! My name is Alhena, and I'll be your DM this evening! Prepare to strap in folks because, oh boy, this is gonna be a long post! I'm looking to run Dungeons of Drakkenheim , created by the Dungeon Dudes and published by Ghostfire Gaming. I've played in this campaign now twice as a player, and I'm finally getting round to running it! I strive to make all of my games beginner friendly, and hey, if you're new, feel free to join ... but I will say this isn't your typical D&D Experience, as it's set in a post-apocalyptic gothic renaissance ruined city, a dark-fantasy horror campaign, focussed on exploration, factions, political intrigue and trying not to die. And guys, gals, non-binary pals, this adventure really brings EVERYTHING to the table. Intense combat, great roleplay opportunities, a whole ruined city to explore! Forge alliances with the competing factions, uncover mysteries in the ruins and fight off horrific monsters as you do! We'll be using of course Roll20 as a VTT for maps and music, with Beyond for sheets and Discord for VC So a little about me: I'm 22, and from the UK, and your resident chaotic trans woman with WAY too much free time! I've been running D&D games for just about a year and a half now, having just wrapped up a 30 session homebrew campaign, with a further 8 sessions into another adventure under my belt. I originally got into 5e at a local game shop, with someone running weekly dungeon crawls, so I got a good taste and love for the mechanics and rules of them game. I got into running the game accidentally, as I'd actually joined a Lost Mines of Phandelver group where the DM just left, and I opted to take over, and got thrown into the wonderful world of worldbuilding, narrative, lore and roleplay. What resulted is a very dynamic and all encompassing DM style that has a great balance of the pillars of the game. My player base has also historically been very largely neurodivergent, queer, trans*, or a mix of the bunch, and from different places around the world, so rest assured, this is a safe environment for everyone! I'm VERY focussed on integrating player backstory into to adventure, allowing players to really feel fully immersed in the setting, and get that juicy character arc! But before we get to fun, let's cover some stuff: - This game is 18 + - This game is a welcoming environment for everyone, so no bigotry (I'm LGBTQIA+ Myself, and I'm not having any discrimination in my games) - This game is going to be weekly , on Thursday at 4pm UT C - This game is a PAID game , costing $15 Per Session , with a free Session 0 For more information please see my listing on StartPlaying , over at https://startplaying.games/adventure/clyshqg7i008y74vshabdn2wh And for any curiosity about the campaign's setting and character creation, see this YouTube video by Dungeon Dudes at https://youtu.be/Pc3ToyjcClo?si=vwIuaZPWGgQPYERd Aaaand if you have any further questions, feel free to shoot me a message over on discord, AStarInGemini ✨ Thank you so much for reading, and have a wonderful day! This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $15 per session, through StartPlaying.
