Duplicating empty lines in attacks list (field) when the browser page is refreshed

I apologize for the quality of the text , I am writing through a translator . While editing the character sheet , firstly , very often , in 7 out of 10 cases , after entering all the necessary types of attacks into the list , I refresh the page and then , in addition to the lines I added , 1 or more empty , unfilled ones appear . This is almost guaranteed to happen if you fill out a sheet , then switch and do something in other tabs , then go back , make changes and refresh the page . The second inconvenient point is that the ORDER of any lines in these lists is NOT PRESERVED ( attacks , features and traits , inventory , whatever ) ! This is very annoying , you set up the order as you need , update the page - everything is scattered randomly again . .. Both Chrome  and  Firefox No Addons/Extensions Operating System - Win 10

I have a similar issue with the empty attacks every time I reload I get one empty attack box I use Opera Gx have Windows 10 and dont use Addons
