Valda's Spire of Secrets Alchemist Charactermancer Issue

Hello, I'm having an issue with the charactermancer for the alchemist class for the new Valda's Spire of Secrets. I think the issue is the equipment tab, and specifically where you choose the equipment. See the screenshot. When I apply changes, it just hangs up loading, and won't complete (see other screenshot). I'm not sure if this is a roll20 issue or Mage Hand Press. Any help is appreciated, as I have a character who plays this class, and I'd love to surprise him this weekend.

Hi Futmob,  Your best bet is to skip that step, don't put it in. Do it manually via the Compendium after the character is created.  Meanwhile, I suggest contacting the publisher and informing them of the bug. If you are unable to do that you can contact Roll20 via the Help Center and have them reach out to the publisher. 

That is a good suggestion, and I did try that as well to no avail. Alas, I have contacted them, so let's hope it works out!
