PDF upload gets perma-stuck on virus scanning. After logging in again, it says “upload in progress” but it never completes. Tried all day yesterday and again today. I had my friend try on his account with different file and got same problem. Very frustrating… anyone else got this issue?

Sam, i have the same problem. It was working fine until July 27 and now i can’t load PDF at all. I can still load JPG tho. I hope they fix it soon… I have a game this Wednesday!

Hey folks! I can confirm this. I accidentally uploaded a pdf yesterday and had to restart the game to dismiss the virus scanning dialog box. I'll make a report. If you want to add your voices to raise awareness:  Help Center Request .

Well, my issue was slightly different. The pdf appeared but never stopped verifying. I didn't bother trying to open the pdf, since the upload was accidental. Filing separate Help Center Requests would be a good idea.

I can recommend trying a Jumpgate game for uploading. I have a Jumpgate Art Library game that I use for uploading images and PDFs. It’s much more reliable than Classic games for this, IMHO.
