Hi Arlondale Sotari,  If you contact the Roll20 staff they will get this straightened out, they are really good about that.  You can contact them via the Help Center .  With that said, could you detail where you are looking? Perhaps there is a step being missed.

Could you clarify where you checked the Compendium? There is more than one location for that.  Could you supply a screenshot of the campaign settings where your compendium settings are listed?  When did you send the notice?
