Charactermancer thinks one of my players is always level 1 for them, but not for me as GM.

Im running a campaign using D&D 5E sheets. I have 3 players in my campaign. 2 players have had no issues at all, but my 3rd player can't seem to level up. We are level 4 now and every time he tries to level up, the charactermancer seems to think that he is level 1. If i do it on my end as GM, it recognizes that he is level 3 going on 4 etc. I tried to have him use a different browser (hes using chrome) and nothing changed. He tried in incognito mode, and still nothing changed. IK then granted permissions to one of my other players, who can level up fine, and he had the same result for the broken character (it thought he was level 1). So far every time he's leveled up, ive had to share my screen with him and show him the  options as he is a first time player and doesnt know them. Any ideas on how to possibly fix this issue?

I had him try it both from the red anvil in character sheet as well as through the settings> charactermancer + level button. Both got the same results.

Yeah, I'm a player having the same problem, all the other players in the campaign are leveling fine, but it keeps putting me at level one. I did the exact same things they did but to no avail. I am doing this on a browser using my phone since I don't have a computer, and I'm beginning to think that may be part of the problem.

I can assure you that my friend having the issue (a software engineer) is using a PC. So that is not the case lol
