Bless and Hexblade's curse added to an attack macro

So I am new in the world of macros and was wondering if you somehow could make roll20 ask if you have bless on when making a attack roll, and if yes add the 1d4 to the attack roll? Kinda the same I am looking for with Hexblade's curse just for the crit range 19-20?
