UK based DM looking for 3-4 players for new campaign

Hi all, I am an experienced player and have run several one shots. Now I would like to try my hand at a full campaign. If you are interested in joining please let me know. Players of any experience welcome. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, probobly on weekends. BST/GMT. 

Hi! What's the campaign about?

In all honesty I am very open to player input on that. I think that the best campaigns are often those where players have a say in how the world works. The starting point would be a High fantasy empire thrown into chaos, the land now home to petty warlords and bandits with monsters abound. I would want to tie the characters' backstories directly into the main story.

Sounds fun. If you plan on making a game soon, I'd like to join.

What time and day are thinking of running the game? 

I only really have time on weekends. I was thinking perhaps Saturday afternoon/early evening. 

I think that would be the a good timeframe for us, we were hoping for a game that starts at around 7pm gmt+3 :)

I am happy to see some interest. I was thinking of a game with 3-4 players but that can be flexible up to a point. I think that if people want to join the next step is to hold a session Zero. I don't know how experienced you all are so if you don't know, a session Zero is a conversation to discuss how the campaign will work and the kind of characters people want to play. Are people available a week on Saturday? That would be the 24th August, 16:00-17:00 BST. 

17:00 BST on the 24th works perfectly for us :)

That works for me, but only for the session zero, not subsequent sessions. We can talk about it more then.

Hello everyone! I'm the racoon's friend (staticghxsts). I was wondering if we could do session 0 this weekend (17th), since we already have enough people interested in the game. I completely understand if this is not possible :)

So this looks like what, 6 players if I'm counting correctly. 1600 BST is 10AM my time in Kansas, and on a Saturday that's perfectly fine with me. Did we want to use Discord and Roll20 or use Roll20 for everything?

There is something to be said for keeping everything in one place but in my experience the Roll20 video conference system is a bit spotty so it would be wise to have a backup. There are lots of options for that these days of course. Discord is probably the easiest. I will set it up closer to the time.  6 players is my upper limit I think so if everyone who has posted so far wants to join that ought to be fine, pending any unforseen issues arising. It may be that once the details are hashed out some people might not be able to commit to a full campaign, real life being what it is. I look forward to speaking to you all.

Hi there, I would definitely be interested, I'm also GMT so scheduling would be great with that, I'm a fairly experienced player and DM, player for about 5 or 6 years at this point if and DM for 2, I have some experience in VtM, DnD, CoC and PbtA games, have a lot of experience in Edge of the Empire, pathfinder 1e and M&amp;M and am willing to try anything really, have read a lot of systems and want to try a lot of different ones, I like combat and adventuring, but I especially love roleplaying. Hope you still have a spot, I also normally use discord to talk and such.&nbsp;
