2 weeks ago I was editing the maps for my game that i've been running for over a year. The next day, one of my players tries to log in and can't see the game. I refresh the map page i had been working on, and the screen goes blank. I go to view my games, there's nothing there. I spent the next half hour scrambling to make a new map for the session and submitted two bug reports. a week later, i still hadn't received any response and the game was still gone. so i submitted a third bug report. it's been a week now, still no response. i did not delete my game!! it disappeared!! i looked for troubleshooting articles but everything seemed to require you to be able to see the game somewhere but it absolutely does not exist!! i have all these files saved on my laptop so it's not the worst thing ever but really frustrating to not even get any response from a major glitch on the site.
