Dragonbane Initiative Cards

Hello folks, would it be possible to increase the Initiative Cards to 20? I currently have six players, and that only allows me to draw for an additional 4 (monsters/NPCs). If a player has the "Lightning Fast" Heroic Ability, that further exacerbates the card shortage. I tried adding more cards to the deck, but the system does not recognize the cards 11-20, creating some TurnOrder issues. I am not sure how difficult it would be to implement. So far, my search has not produced any solutions. If there's a way to access the Initiative portion of the Dragonbane Implementation to Roll20, I have not found it. I want to implement something as simple as what is currently there, with the added initiative values. Thanks for your time and input. 

Just add the cards to the deck and after drawing put them next to the tokens on the vtt... I don't use the turn order for dragonbane at all... Works perfectly fine for me...
