Is the compendium broken?

ever since the jumpgate update, I have set up the curse of strahd module and most if not all NPC's are blank character sheets & some setting on the character sheets don't show like descriptions on spells, i turned back to the old system and it still does this, this is getting frustrating

Hi Demi Marc! Can you give a few more details? When you " set up the curse of strahd module" are you copying a game you have previously created or installing the module into a brand new game? Which character sheet are you using? The module assumes  D&D 5e (2014) Sheet and may give unexpected results otherwise. Can you give specific examples of creature statblocks that are failing to resolve or resolving improperly, so that others can try to replicate? Is this behavior consistent, or random? I'll create a new game using my copy and see if I can replicate.
* setting up curse of strahd is "new game" bought module loading all pre-sets * pre-set NPC's or enemies like zombies, shambling mounds, shadows and the like have all there character request "charactermancer, NPC or manual" * characters have set all there settings manually and drop, drag from the compendium and it doesn't work as previous * the NPC problem is consistant, the player problem only effects 1 person
