What we're looking for: A few additional players, possibly one or two and a DM for a Godbound campaign (level 1 to 20 to beyond) . Experts, newbies, whatever, as long as the participants are creative and patient/respectful that pretty much meets the minimum requirements. Needless to say anyone curious about this ad should be above 18, inclusive, just basic all-around human decency please . This ideally will be a long running game so please be committed and a team player. We want a weekly game. The CST timezone is the best way to discuss playtimes-- but generally something later after 1:00 PM is preferred. Thursdays are preferred but other days may be discussed with varying levels of availability. IF NECESSARY we are prepared to h/i/re a GM. We will provide the corebook and assist in worldbuilding and any other tasks. I am willing to buy supplementary books as well and have access to the Divine Lexicon (we wish to use some words from there) About the players: There's three of us, each with varying levels of experience. All of us are new to Godbound but fairly quick on the uptake and are veterans when it comes to TTRPG as a whole. Two guys, one girl. All of us are above the age of 18 and either have fulltime jobs or on our way to that point. We each have our reasons for being interested in this system but it largely hinges on the creativity of play and the scope. We want to feel powerful and project meaningful change into our environment when we get to an appropriate level. We desire closure, mostly. A story that has a beginning, middle and end. Group play style: Bit harder to discuss in any significant kind of way but... generally we prefer an even mix of exploration, social and combat with a slight lean on exploration or combat. That said we are getting to the point where we do enjoy social intrigue and problems that we can't fix with a simple flick of the sword or whistling notched arrow. I'm more of a creative type for instance and often take unexpected solutions for problems, our other guy player often is a lot more ruthless and straightforward... while the very nice lady in our group often frets and foresees a myriad of outcomes before deciding on a relatively stable decision. We're certainly an eclectic bunch. Anyway, yea. Kinda summed it all up. We do prefer roll20 and discord for games and if anyone is interested, we can discuss further over there. Interviews as necessary.
