/ic chat command

This is probably extremely niche request, but I'd like a /ic chat command to complement the /ooc command. Certain macro setups require a command at the start just to function, and for broadcasting the output to everyone, /ooc prints player name and avatar rather than the character, and /em alters the output of the output. You can work around this by creating a dummy character that everyone has edit rights to and whisper to that character, but that still disrupts the chat with it's own look. /as only works for the GM, not players. So, the small addition of an /ic command to force the chat to display the message using the character chosen for the chat would be appreciated.
