Interested in a dragon slaying campaign? Look no further. Tyranny of Dragons is an epic 1-20 campaign taking place on the Sword Coast (where else?), following the Cult of the Dragon and their plot to bring ruin to Faerun, through a new age dominated by evil dragons. It's up to you, specifically, to handle it alongside other factions seeking to protect the lands. Most of the game's general rules and expectations will be established via the Session Zero that will take place on Sunday the 15th of September. Will be needing about 4 to 6 accepted applicants prior to Sunday, or the Session Zero may be postponed. Some notable things about me as a DM to consider: -I use lots of homebrew in my campaigns, this one will be no exception. Rules and content are on the table, player customization may or may not be. TBD. -I'm known for my challenging combat encounters, as well as punishing, nail biting boss fights. -I leave tools, clues, allies, boons and more in the environment, all you need to do is engage in exploration and perhaps some roleplay. -I try to make roleplay moments where I can, but if there's not much to go over I'll move us along quickly. -Rewarding engagement. You get what you put into the game, so if you do well in roleplay, explore, or combat, I will try to reflect that to the best of my ability. Character creation details and such will be discussed at Session Zero, I will not answer questions about concepts, "builds", or potential homebrew rules implemented till they are agreed upon by the full group at Session Zero.
