Scion[Monday][One-shot][Free]

Good evening lads and ladies. I've been playing Scion a lot recently and want to run a one-shot that might turn into a full campaign down the line. This is a game where you are the progeny of gods. Your characters would have been recently visited by their patronage and given you powers. While eventually you'll become something akin to Hercules, before then you are very capable of dying, best to team up. This would be Scion 1st edition, with a little homebrew to the mechanics. Setting would be modern times, mid 2010s, prior to the terror plague hahaha. If you're interested comment here or shoot me a message.

Hey I would love to get in on some Scion action! I tried playing it once but the group sadly fell apart after the one session which was mostly a session 0. My only experience is with 2nd edition though but I am down to learn.

I've tried to play 2nd edition, but didn't wanna stick with it. I've taken a few things from it, but prefer 1st edition. Exploding 10s and momentum dice are two of the things I took from it.

No biggie. Like I said: still willing to learn the older system.

Well that a few. I did fail to say that the game would be taking place in Central Standard Time(-6 GMT).

Color me intrigued. There was a brief period several years back where I joined three different Scion 1E groups over the course of a year, and all of them fell apart due to flaky GMs or scheduling conflicts before the first session. I kind of wrote the system off as a result, even though I still like the premise, but I might be willing to give it another try. 

Got space for 2 other players if anyone else is interested. Game will likely be on Monday September 30th.
