Player can't level up? 5e

 Hi, i'm fairly new to Roll20, and brand new to DMing. I just hosted my first session last night and it was excellent, and went ahead and bought the 2024 player handbook today. One of my player's can't level up - it's blanked out and says "coming soon" when you put your mouse over it. We found you could click the cogwheel and add a level manually, but for one of my players, this is also blanked out and uneditable. Anyone know why? The warlock was able to edit their level;
Because the 2024 sheet is incomplete and borderline unusable.
Because they announced this morning the sheet was going to be in Beta a bit longer…

Just an update to this post, everyone in my party remade their character sheets after I purchased the 2024 player handbook, appears to all be working okay now
It's absolutely not working for my party. They're trying to level up right now, and it just says coming soon. Honestly, super disappointing that we paid for the pre-order bundle of 2024 books and now we can't even really use them.
Hi folks, thanks for your patience. In case you missed it, we added the ability to level up to the 2024 character builder (along with starting equipment) last week: https://blog.roll20.net/posts/dd-character-builder-level-up-release/
I created a new character using the 2024 sheet a couple weeks ago, well after the fix implemented more than a month ago. That said, I've run into the very issue mentioned in this thread. I can update it in my Character Vault, but those updates will not transfer to my character sheet that's in the game. This is unsatisfactory.

Hi Maverick! Have you verified the two sheets are actually linked? (The one in the game and the one in Roll20Characters?) The one in Roll20Characters should have a link to the game below its name in the listing. Also, make sure you don't have a duplicate of the character in the game. Finally, verify that they are linked by dropping a piece of equipment on them in either space and verify the change in the other. If they are indeed linked, but not updating after a level up, the best course of action is to file a Help Center Request , since this is not typical behavior.
