Detailed description of the issue We've been playing a homemade ruleset wargame using Roll20 to create hexagonal maps for three teams that participate in the game for about a week or two. Everything worked fine up until today, but recently we've encountered an issue: everyone (including players, 2GMs and the game's owner) is stucked on "JumpGate loading" black screen. Trying different browsers, disabling extensions and clearing cache and browser data doesn't help. We even tried to copy the whole game to another table, but the same issue persists. At the same time, other games that use JumpGate seem to work perfectly fine. What's weird to me is that our wargame shouldn't exceed any reasonable limitations of Roll20. The main map is relatively large (about 45x50 hexagonal cells and about 4500x5500 pixels), but not large enough to cause any issues. There are about 15 pages of the similar map acting as backups for previous turns and each page contains about 100 tokens - which is definetely higher than normal, but since there's no dynamic lighting and all tokes represent only three different character sheets, it should be well within Roll20 capabilities, at least from my previous experience. Judging by Roll20 status page, it doesn't seem like there's any outage with the servers as of now, which means that this is likely the issue with our game. Have you ever encountered any similar problems? If so, any suggestions how we can fix it, or at the very least retrieve the game's data? I've tried to contact Roll20 support, but maybe you guys can lend a hand too.
