Character Visibility Issue

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post but I'm having issues with my players not being able to view to map on the new Jumpgate system. Sometime in the games I run, I use world maps to allow players to draw tracking lines where they have traveled in game. I place the map down on a new page, move it to the map layers and they view it... but I'm having issues with my players seeing this in the new system without them placing down a token. I don't have dynamic lighting on or fog of war. Am I doing something wrong here?

Hi Ryan,  If they are unable to see without their token then the problem probably is Dynamic Lighting being on. Perhaps by default.  If you  still  find  that isn't the issue please send me an invite to your game and I can come take a look to see if I can replicate the issue.
