AC issues in my Cleric armor

Hello. Maybe my question is answered in any post, but i cant find it. Tha case is: i am trying to put in my pj item box a chainmail armor (heavy armor) with 16 of AC, but when I check the item as equiped, the AC (and i dont know why is 10 in default) pass from AC 10 to AC 26.  I am trying to change how only can i put the AC in 16 when the armor is checked, but i cant do it.  Any help please.

Hi Gnowall! Gonna need a lot more info to answer that. Which sheet is this? Are you creating the item, or dragging and dropping it from the Compendium? If creating, what did you put in the mods field, verbatim? If the Compendium, what is the source of the item (shows up as a 2-3 character code to the far right of its name in the compendium tab. What is a "pj item box"?
Hi Keithcurtis. Thanx for the answer. But dont worry. Is fixed. We are using the basic dnd5e roll20 sheet. We are 2 clerics in the group, and when creating the companion, his cleric, we were able to see where the error was. Right now I don't remember where it was, but it was on my generic configuration page. Don't worry and thanks for answering!!

None named "basic". :) Even if we limited it to just the sheets that Roll20 have produced that leaves two D&D 5e sheets.  But, based on your description I expect this is the D&D 5e (2014) character sheet.
