To the Front and To the Back options should move tokens by one level

I feel like there's no real purpose to having these two send tokens either to the very front or the very back, which makes it especially annoying when new tokens are added to the very front, so you have to send it to the very back and than send everything below it to the back OR pull everything above it to the front just to put one token to the correct Z axis. I feel like just swapping the Z axis positions of tokens every click would make it easier to manage and much easier to use.

more control over Z-order of graphics objects, would be great For me it comes up often in map-making (objects, trees, buildings, walls, rivers, etc). I don't really have this issue with Tokens (characters, monsters, NPC).
If only the title were to elevate z order by click, rather than what it is.  You'd have had my vote.
