Character Sheet Interface with TSR Core Rules / Evermore Software

It would be nice if roll20 could interface with the TSR Core Rules software, so that game data could bi-directionally interface with the software. Rather than re-inventing the wheel, being able to manage character sheets is easy already with their product, it would just be a matter of exporting any character improvements (XP, GP, magic items found, etc.) and importing the same.

While I cannot comment on whether the Devs will consider your suggestion or not they have previously stated that Roll20 is designed to be system agnostic. Baking rules into the system would violate that design principle.

I have a sample character sheet data file if someone would want to see how the data is arranged.

Sounds like something you could do with the API, a mentor level feature.
