Stormbringer 5th Character Sheets

Hello friends! I apologize in advance for any mistakes, I do not know the language and am using a translator. Please tell me, is there anyone here with iron patience who can answer a number of stupid questions about how to use Stormbringer 5th Character Sheets? Some of the functionality is not clear to me. Maybe it's because I don't know the language, maybe because I'm new to Roll 20. Thanks in advance!

Can I also ask you if there is anything in the rulebook about attacking an enemy out of turn when trying to move away from the enemy? I couldn't find it, although I looked through and translated everything.
