playing a Dragonborn, and decided to take the feat Dragon Fear: Dragon Fear Prerequisite: Dragonborn When angered, you can radiate menace. You gain the following benefits: Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20. Instead of exhaling destructive energy, you can expend a use of your Breath Weapon trait to roar, forcing each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier). A target automatically succeeds on the save if it can’t hear or see you. On a failed save, a target becomes frightened of you for 1 minute. If the frightened target takes any damage, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Attributes Prerequisite Dragonborn yet it doesnt create a button / toggle thing. Been trying to do it myself for a while and keep getting stumped. ETA: I chose to make it bump my Strength stat. any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi TPheonix,  Which character sheet are you using?
I'm not sure I follow - what do you mean by toggle? The feature is very straightforward, you just get an ability that forces a save. Depending on what sheet you're using and what exactly you're looking to get, this may or may not be really simple.

I appreciate your input sir, and, you get much more than just an ability that forces a save When angered, you can radiate menace. You gain the following benefits Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20. the way I read and understand that, it is an activated ability, not something that is "on" all the time.
When angered, you can radiate menace. That is just 'flavor text'.  Your character does not actually have to be angry to use this feat.  Increase your Strength, Constitution, or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20. When you select the feat, you permanently increase Strength, Constitution, or Charisma by one. This portion is not an activated ability. This portion is the activated ability.  What it does is instead of using your breath weapon's normal damage, you can choose instead to attempt to make creatures become frightened of you.

My apologies, I was not aware of that.  it is D&D 5e 2014 by Roll20. thank you for the education

Thank you for that education, I misinterpreted the entry. Thank you for the clarification.

Alright, how I would set up this ability on the D&D 5e 2014 by Roll20:  1) Place the feat's description in the Features & Traits section (bottom right corner of the Core page).  2) In that description indicate which ability you have boosted (I usually change that word to bolded) 3) Add an attack, then in the Description put a short description.  The description might look something like this: (note: in 2024 rules activation replaces an attack instead) ** -- Dragon Fear -- ** * Activation: Action  * Range: 30 feet radius * Effect: Each creature of your choice must make a DC [[8+@{pb}+@{charisma_mod}]] Wisdom save or become frightened. If an affected creature takes damage it may make a new saving throw.  * Duration: 1 minute, or until the affected target succeeds on a subsequent saving throw if they take damage.  4) Add a Resource (right side of the sheet) to track the uses per day of your Breath Weapon if you haven't already.  5) If your group is using the "5th Edition OGL by Roll20 Companion" Mod (API Script) add the name of that Resource to the Ammo line of the attack to automatically deduct it when used.
Thank you for this
