new compendium is not letting me see my books

while i'm searching for monsters, the new compendium system saying i only own SRD, and won't let me look at anything from things like TOB which i do own, it just sends me to the store which tells me i own it.

Hi Knightly Games,  Some questions:  1) Is this Jumpgate or Legacy Roll20? 2) Which product are you trying to use? ("TOB" is not enough information to identify the product) 3) Is this in the external compendium? Internal compendium in the VTT?  4) Is this in a game you started? Or is someone else the Game Owner?

Hi Knightly Games! Are you using the web compendium? If so, something has gone wrong and we can proceed from there. Are you using the compendium tab in-game? If so, check your sharing settings for the game and make sure the items you own are greenlisted. If you are not the owner of the game, or the game owner has redlisted them, they will probably not be available there. Lastly, if they are being shared, you are the owner of the game, and those items are greenlisted in the sharing settings of your game, try swithcing from the new compendium to the old compendium in-game. This will cause a refresh. If all this fails, and you still cannot see the things you own, your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request .
its the web comendium, my in game compendium is working fine (sorry i thought by implying the "new" compendium would imply it wasn't in game my mistake) i can still access my books in game, and through the old compendium, just not the new thing that gives me spells, monsters and items i own (or at least it should, it only gives me SRD) keithcurtis said: Hi Knightly Games! 1. its not in game at all, its the web comendium 2. i only used TOB (tomb of beasts) as an example, the onyl thing i can access is the SRD, and i own a lot more than the SRD. 3. the new external comendium 4. once again not a game but the web compendium, access to the books i own. Losing your compendiums is fairly unusual, as is daily login requests. If this continues, I would suggest grabbing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ), and filming a  Help Center Request .
next time it happens i'll do so thank you keithcurtis said: Losing your compendiums is fairly unusual, as is daily login requests. If this continues, I would suggest grabbing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ), and filming a  Help Center Request .
