Welcome to Carthacombe! Daily sessions up to a max of two. Shared and solo universes available. Sessions go longer than 3 hours or your money back. Session 0 is free but I will make sure to make it a "Session 0.5" that allows players to create their character, figure out limits on gore and pvp, and introduce one another before our first official session. Level 3 Start. 1 Free Feat 18 Homebrew Systems including : Ship Building system. Ship Combat System. Potion Making System. Companion System. Characters choice for adventures. I've run a full 1-20 campaign in this world and am now opening the adventures my players have gone on to the public! I have all the time in the world for the winter so I can run sessions whenever paid players want. I would prefer a full group for chemistry but will take solo players as well. Now for the Pitch. Welcome to Carthacombe. There are 18 different countries with different storylines to follow. You are a sovereign born with a mark on your body that allows you to reach level 20 while others, without the mark, can only reach level 3. You start in one of the 18 countries. Stone Sea Aoatia - The Stone Sea is home to five islands that circle a singular continent known as Aoatia. unfortunately, as a result of the constant motion of the five islands, it is hard for anybody not living within the Stone Sea to maneuver through the area. Airships have no air to refuel and perish as a result while boats with normal boards on their hull cannot survive expeditions. Luckily, the boats made within Aoatia are enhanced with steel plating on the hull. As a result they are able to maneuver through the stone and gather minerals from the world. You will be members of a mineral gathering squad that makes their way through the Stone Sea to gather the aforementioned minerals. The Five Stone Islands Carthacombe_________ Acheron - Home to refugees from all the other countries, Acheron is home to the worst of the worst. With no extraditions agreements, the people of Acheron, primarily gathered in Athena, are self reliant. The air used to fill their airships comes from vents primarily found within Acheron and players wanting airship battles can use this route for just that. Alternatively, Acheron is home to the worst of the worst and many bounty hunting organizations explore the badlands looking for their quarry. Aerodesnia - Also know as : The Floating Islands Aerodesnia, otherwise known as the floating islands, is a combination of four floating islands surrounding a main plateau in the center. The people of Aerodesnia are at the forefront of fashion and as a result, need the finest materials to pursue their ventures. Those Sovereign who agree to work within Aerodesnia take on monster hunting jobs and herbalist jobs to capture thieves and gather the finest resources. Artreria - Artreria, known as the lost city, is a toxic wasteland filled with remnants of a meteor crash that decimated the land in the lost years. Not much is known about this time but what is known is that those who go to Artreria and return tend to return with riches beyond riches. Carvalla - The people of Carvalla are a partying and fishing nation. With the coming of the frost year, many inhabitants turn to fishing vessels as their form of nourishment. As a result, a large scale festival is held in Swyft where players perform in carnival like activities until they gather enough influence to board a ship and explore the Barolith Sea. Denmar Wastes - The Denmar Wastes are a collection of 13 tribes that gathered together in the lost years to push back an unknown evil. Taking refuge in the Denmar Wastes will put the players on a path to discovering the secrets of the last years through archaeology and finding mysterious artifacts. After finding somebody to fund the various activities, players will travel the world in an attempt to uncover the secrets of the Lost Years. Gravis - A population built on the back of Vareshii Slaves, the players that decide to live within Gravis will work with someone known as "The Curator", a man with artifacts of lost times. He is also one of the few people willing to help with a slave uprising that the players will have to organize. Kenkado - Kenkado is home to an empress who was dethroned. The players will have an option to save the empress or deal with the Kenkado Archipelago. The Kenkado Archipelago is a location that makes kings of beggars and geniuses of the slow. The Archipelago is home to The Ten Trials hosted by The Questioners. Those who are able to complete all ten trials are rewarded with riches beyond their wildest dreams. (edited) Liff - The people of Liff are Felyans. In the lost years, the felyans made wishes using parsinthium that created the Elven people. The elves moved to Theleneas where they wished to help nature while the felyans remained in Liff where the focus was on science instead. Maro's Domain - Carthacombe's version of Curse of Strahd Nepotath - The people of Nepotath are capable of producing materials in the Maniacal Forge. The individuals who follow this storyline will use magical minerals to create weapons of mass destruction within the maniacal forge. Paradayo - The players who go to Paradayo will be able to take part in the Strixhaven part of Carthacombe. Poia - The island of Poia has been under water for centuries. When it suddenly reappeared in the ocean, the coastline of Stenfell and Kenkado were decimated as a result of the resulting tidal waves from a large piece of land appearing in the middle of the ocean. As a result, many kingdoms banded together in an attempt to explore the fossilized island. 9 Countries came together with airships. You will take part in these airships adventures as a murder takes place on the adventure to POIA. After landing in Poia, players will have access to an extra 5 herbs in the herbalism class if they discover the herbs. Ritro - The people of Ritro are a very religious people. This course will allow the players to explore the intricacies of the magic systems in Carthacombe and will allow the players to instill a new ruler more ammenable to defeating Phirah, the dangerous being that is making waves in the world. Stenfell The people of Stenfell gather every year to enjoy the harmony of the Ouroboros. The members of the Ouroboros bring different games for the Sovereign to play every year. You will be a part of an individual known as Thoros Flynt's team. His team will be trying to restore the Flynt honor to his family. Stormsurge - Stormsurge, found opposite of Acheron, is also the opposite in morals. The people of Stormsurge are dedicated to helping others and as a result have a justiciar system dedicated to apprehending individuals who have committed various crimes throughout Carthacombe. You are bounty hunters. Tainted Lands The Tainted Lands are the last known location of the Creation Wars. This area was decimated with the immense magical power and as a result, most stay away from this location. Vareshii highlands Wildlands/Beyond the Barrier
