Created new campaign screen is black

Like the title says, I just created a new campaign and as soon as i launch the module the entire screen goes black. Now after 900+ hours please trust me that it is not Fog of war. There is nothing inside the browser window. No pull downs for the map tabs... nothing just black. I tried clearing my cache nada. remade the campaign using different setting. i.e. used the old format 5e char sheet/ Made it with classic roll 20 and not jump gate. Every way you can make it I have now done. So I am open to new ideas. 

I have remade 5 or 6 settings since with other modules and without any module. The screen is still black. I did however notice as I was moving my mouse to close the window that the cursor changed when I mouse over the things I know to be there i.e settings button and juke box button. I can click on anything that is supposed to be there I just cant see it. 

Strange. IDK. Try opening it in a different web browser. Try opening in Incognito mode / Private mode. If those don't work you can try clearing your browser cache. You can try toggling hardware accelleration Off and On.  Try opening another of your games and see if only this game has the problem. 

Yeah it appears to work in Edge.... but really... who wants to use Edge. And ty for that.

Hi David! That is weird. You certainly seem to have done your due diligence of testing. Gold's  Incognito mode / Private mode is a good suggestion ,since i t sounds like something is blocking most elements from the Roll20 server from displaying, like an ad blocker or VPN. If that doesn't yield any results,  this is definitely a case for a  Help Center Request . Make sure to gather a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and send that along. 

You also might want to take a look at this thread and see if any of the problems that user is having jibe with yours.

OK Going into incognito was just a pain. So I looked into it and dug further. It is my Dark mode google tool. if I turn it off BAM there everything is. So for anyone with this issue in the future.... That was the problem.
