[Cards] Possibility to give cards face down?

For a game system, I want to be able to give cards to some players, but I don’t want them to know what cards they have. Problem: When, as a GM, I deal a card to someone, he can see the face of the card. I thought "Hey, that’s a limited deck, I could create a deck that this player could use", but it’s also not a good answer because if I show a deck, I show it to every player, and I have to rely on the players to go along and not mess with others players deck (and if several players have a deck, it can be messy, because they can make mistake). So, back to my original thought. Is there any way to deal cards to someone, but not show him which cards he was dealt? He would be able to know how many cards he has, but would have to pick one at random when he’ll want to play a card.

Hi Baleine, Have you tried changing the deck settings for Player's See?  ie "Front of Cards" vs back(unchecked)
Question - if he can't check the cards before using them, then does it matter if the cards are dealt or not? Why not just keep track of the number on a token, and deal a card when one is used?

Why not just keep track of the number on a token, and deal a card when one is used? Indeed, I've thought about that, but it's the last resort I want to use. See, in this system, mages are given cards to use their magic, which they lose when they play it (for example, they may start the game with 10 random cards). And they have a limited deck. It would be better if the player can handle his deck himself, it would avoid the player being suspicious from the GM.
