On the 2014 sheet you could enter custom classes/sub classes and species and just enter the data manually in the Charactermancer. Could we please bring this back as my next campaign everyone is going to be a custom species designed for my world!!!

This is one of the most requested features for the 2024 Sheet: being fully editable / changeable as can be seen in the thread to that character sheet... But I don't think this will be a thing any time soon as the sheet is STILL in Beta and STILL unfinished...
