For a variety of reasons you have been assigned to the prestigious Deathwatch. As an experienced Space Marine of your chapter, you are expected to fulfill ancient Chapter obligations with the Deathwatch. During your assignment to the Deathwatch, you can expect to be a part of missions to thwart the presence of xenos, heretics, and the daemonic within the Jericho Reach. Being a spearhead against the dangers that xenos represent to the Empire and its citizens. You will be a part of specially formed teams of Space Marines from Chapters across the expanse of man. Some of whom our own Chapter may not have the best of relations. For the sake of obligations, you will have to find a way to put animosities aside for the sake of accomplishing the goals of the Deathwatch. Yet, we expect you not to forget who you represent. It is one thing to cooperate for the sake of our oaths to the Deathwatch, yet we expect you to make sure you do not forget you are our Chapter’s sole representative and should not sacrifice traditions unnecessarily. Eventually, your term of service to the Deathwatch will come to an end. Should you survive, you will be sent back to us. The things you encounter and perform within the Deathwatch will not be known to your brethren. Those days away from your Chapter will remain a mystery even to your brothers, for you are sworn to secrecy. May the Emperor guide your hand and your bolter’s machine spirt sated. This campaign will take your characters across the Jericho Reach. You and the other players can expect to fighting not only xenos, rebellion, and chaos. The focus will not be on any particular species of xenos, rebellious or chaotic forces. The campaign will need a minimum of four players to begin. A maximum of eight slots will be available. Expect plenty of combat in the dark future of Warhammer 40,000, but also bring with you a desire to role-play your characters both in and out of combat. Teamwork is a must. Solo characters and players unable to work well with others, should not apply. House Rules: None, I will use Rules As Written or RAW. Game Style: RAW, Combat Heavy (but plenty of opportunities to roleplay), tactical opposition, mysteries, investigation, violence, gore, and military squad missions.
