Having Problems with Aura/Tint HealthColors API Script

I'm running a 2014 rules Jumpgate campaign with the Aura/Tint HealthColors API script. The script is acting erratically, and I'm now unable to bring up the !aura settings menu. I'm using version 1.61 (the latest) of the API script. I have a PC character sheet attached to a token, and when I drag the token onto a map, the token appears but with no aura. Other tokens appear with auras. This seems to occur randomly with PC character sheets/tokens. The "!aura" command used to work to bring up a configuration menu, but no longer is. I'm unsure whether this change happened before, during, or after I converted my game to Jumpgate. So, I have two questions: 1. How can I fix these problems? and/or 2. If these problems are not fixable is there another script which is compatible with Jumpgate that I can use instead? I'm sick to death of struggling with this out-of-date API script, but I love the concept. Does "Deathtracker" fit the bill here? Edit: My other running scripts 5th Edition OGL by Roll20 Companion TokenMod Token Action Maker Dungeon Alchemist Importer GroupInitiative TableExport GroupCheck
If the !aura command is not bringing up the ATH menu, then the first thing to check is whether your Mod sandbox has crashed.  Are other scripts working?  Have you checked the Mod sandbox page (outside of the game) to see if there is an error?  Even if there is not an error, the sandbox could have crashed 'silently' (without an error message), so I would recommend refreshing the sandbox page and also pressing the 'Restart Mod Sandbox' button just to make sure. You can also install the API Heartbeat script to get a visual indication in the game if the sandbox has crashed. Or you can use a simple TokenMod command to test if other scripts are working.
