Just tried to read the new DMG but my browser is unable to open the DM's Toolbox. When clicking the link for the first time Firefox's dev tools are reporting a syntax error.
From the other thread on this: I have confirmed this and reported it, Until it get's fixed (which I assume will happen quite soon) you can get to the beginning of the section with this link , and navigate the subsections using the side bar or the "next page" buttons.
