Character sheet keeps clearing itself for no reason

Using the jumpgate beta.  I made a character about a month ago, and for awhile it seemed stable, but last week I logged in and the sheet was completely blank other than my character's name and icon. I filed a bug report, got asked a couple questions about when and how it happened, but then they stopped replying without offering any solutions or even just finding the cause.  Last night I finally got frustrated enough to just start over and remake the whole thing from scratch, but then I logged in today to find it wiped out again. I'm not even sure what to do at this point, I literally can't play the game and don't see any solution other than finding some other platform than roll20 to play on.

Probably not the solution you are looking for, but I wouldn't advise using Jumpgate Beta until it is out of Beta.  I also wouldn't advise using the 2024 sheet for several more months.  Roll20 typically releases features prematurely and then relies on users to find bugs/issues for them rather than having a professional QA process. -Adam

What Sheet do you use? There was / is an issue with the DnD 2024 Sheet being affected by this... It's the 2024 sheet. I assume Jumpgate / sheet versions are set by the DM and there's no way for me as a player to use something different?

Yes. As a Player the only thing you can do is tell your DM about it... As for the bug itself, I am not sure whether Non-Jumpgate Games are also affected... Michael said: It's the 2024 sheet.
