I've built some card decks I want to transfer to  a new campaign. Do I have to rebuild them by scratch or is there a way to transfer them?

You can transfer Card Decks with Transmogrify feature, available to Pro account holder. By the way you could upgrade to PRO for just 1 month, get your transfers done, and then revert back down to PLUS.
