The Netheril Empire is in turmoil. An unknown force has unleashed a curse upon the land, known as the Dreamstasis. Those who fall victim to it are the empire's most notorious criminals and outcasts, who are trapped in a coma, their minds trapped in endless dreams. While some see this as a divine punishment, others fear that the curse is only the beginning of a greater evil.
