Issue with Blades in the Dark Purchases and Refund Request

Hey! I recently purchased the Blades in the Dark: Scurlock's Bundle from the Marketplace. Unfortunately, the bundle did not appear in my account even hours after the purchase. Concerned about the delay, I then bought the Blades in the Dark Rules Compendium separately, which is included in the bundle. Both transactions were processed successfully on my card two days ago, but neither item has appeared in my account. When I check the "My Marketplace Items" tab, the purchases are not listed, and the Marketplace still shows them as available for purchase. As far as my account is concerned, it’s as though the purchases never occurred, despite the charges to my bank account. Since these items have not appeared on my Roll20 account, I have purchased the Blades in the Dark Rulebook directly from Evilhat.com, making the Marketplace purchases redundant. I would like to request a refund for both transactions. However, I understand that refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase, so I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to avoid complications with the refund timeframe. Please let me know if any additional information is needed to resolve the issue.

Hi Technician,  You need to file a report with the Roll20 Devs as the forums are primarily community level support.  You can do that via the Help Center .
