SW5E Character Sheet Broken

Hi all, I wanted to check on the status of the SW5E character sheet for Roll20. I've been part of a group playing a game for almost 5 years, and up until November 30th (a few days ago), the SW5E character sheets we were using were fine, for the most part (some quirks, but nothing we couldn't manage). As of December 1st, the character sheet has been messed up: Some stats are there, but a lot of information has gone missing, which results in inaccurate rolls. And this is really hard to read and use quickly during an encounter. A few others in our group are having the same issue, although the DM (my husband) is not. (He pays for Roll20.) The character sheet looks mainly the same to him, although he did notice a few changes on it. What's going on? Are there changes being made that have caused this? Do I have to pay in order to see the proper character sheet now? We have our next game on Friday, and we're now worried it's going to be spent trying to put our character sheets back together somewhere outside of Roll20. I appreciate any help or insight anyone can offer. Thanks!

Just looking at your screenshot it appears the sheet's css (styling) is missing. Is this a custom game? (pro users can use a custom game and load editable html and css for a given sheet template) If I load the sw5e as a custom game and only load the html file, the sheet looks like your screenshot. example; with css without css If it is a custom game, make sure that both files are being included in the game's settings. This can only be done by game's creator/gm btw. If this is not a custom game, there may be something preventing the sheet's css file from loading properly for you. I would try running chrome or FF(only supported browsers on roll20) in safe mode without any extensions and see if that changes anything.
Thank you! I'll check these out and see if it fixes anything! I do currently use Firefox as my browser, but maybe I need to update it as well.

I code sheets in Chrome because I like the dev tools, but I play on roll20 with FF.  IMO it's good practice to keep your browsers updated (for security and tech reasons) and although roll20 should work and look the same in either browser, it's good to do an A/B comparison occasionally especially if you start experiencing some strangeness on the vtt/
Yes, I do usually try to test in various places to see if the problem is universal, but I was just panicking yesterday. It's always a wise step, so thank you for reminding me. Here's what I found out: Opening the character sheet in Roll20 on my desktop (Windows) machine worked fine. It looked how it should. Opening the character sheet on my secondary (newer) MacBook in both Chrome and Firefox (which I downloaded just now to do the test) worked fine. If all else fails, I can use that at game time. Opening the character sheet on my main MacBook is still giving me the same issue, even after restarting the computer, refreshing Firefox (and making sure it's up to date), clearing the cache for Roll20, and making sure all add-ons were disabled. The DM made no changes on his end, and everything looked correct when he went to check it. So I have options that will work and hopefully can offer suggestions if the others in the group are still having this issue at our next game. I'll still poke around to try to find out what's going on on my main computer. Might try uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. Thanks again for your help! I really do appreciate it. :)
