About the setting: In 1965, the American government in response to the growing problem of more and more super powered beings popping up among the population declared the unnatural abilities regulation act which forbids the open use of powers without licence from the government. The rest of the world followed suit as other countries discovered these individuals leading to an international group known as The Stability Syndicate being formed who have both highly skilled soldiers and those with certain powers that patrol searching for any who might violate the law. Both criminal and illegal vigilante groups formed in the shadows of the developing world fighting in an endless conflict hidden from the heavy surveillance watching for any slip up, in the last 20 years whispers have spread of some new type of evil one which cares not for laws or riches or power and with the latest attacks by unknown forces and creatures in Sunrise city some have decided for whatever reason to rise up risking discovery by the Stability Syndicate. This adventure will take players through a journey into the ICONS system.
