Map disappears when I snap to grid

correction: Map disappears when I align to grid, not snap to grid I'm uploading the attached jpg map to my roll20 campaign, but having problems aligning the map to the grid. The map is fine until I confirm the Align to Grid procedure, at which point it disappears. The first time it happened, I added the map again, attempted to align to grid, and the same thing happened. I don't know how to fix it. The other map I have uploaded and aligned to grid aligned fine. Mac OS 10.9.4 Google Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124 EDIT: The map in question is actually a 366KB jpeg with 1099 × 731 dimensions. I exported it from the pdf at 150 dpi. It is about the same file size and dimensions as the Falcon's Hollow Environs map, which aligned to grid perfectly fine. edit: i realized my problem: I had grid disabled on the roll20 page. I had it off to force the map to stop snapping to the roll20 grid while I was adjusting it. When I turned the grid back on it worked fine. the reason why the Falcon's Hollow Environs map worked fine was because I briefly turned on the grid to align to grid, then turned it off when I was done because the map isn't gridded. I apparently forgot that I had done that.

In the future, instead of turning off the map grid you can hold down the ALT key while moving things around to ignore the 'snap to grid' function.
