My folders with uploaded content are all completely empty, not a single picture, character sheet, or anything. Also my music is empty and completely void. But I cant upload anything because my storage is full. How can I fix this?
What does it say when you go on your account page and look under Storeage Quota on the bottom-right side of page? https://app.roll20.net/account/ That should tell the answer
Hi mudge002! It looks like your storage is actually taken up by audio files. They share the same quota as images. Delete some of those and you should be fine. As an aside, did you recently downgrade from a subscription tier? That's the only way I can think of that your storage could be at 112% of your capacity. If you downgrade, anything you uploaded remains, but you cannot upload anything new until you make room.
What's confusing now though, is mudge002 also is showing their My Audio library and it appears empty... No Tracks showing. How can mudge002 delete audio files if the Manage Audio > My Audio panel appears empty?
Ah, I only noticed the top image, not the blindingly obvious second image. mudge002, I'd suggest bringing this up in a Help Center Request . Something looks wrong.
I checked again just now (several hours later) and now everything is showing up as empty. So either some kind of admin of some kind saw this and fixed it, or it just magically resolved itself? either way it's fixed now, gg!
