Would love to have some help. I'm DM of a custom game using D&D 5e 2024 character sheets. No macros or API or anything. Four of my players have had no problems. However, one player (using Firefox) has been unable to make and keep a character sheet since our session zero. They tried making the sheet through the build a character option, and by building it in-game. Both ways it saves, and then when they close and reopen it, it's gone. The pop-out goes back to the "Build a character" screen when I or they click their character name in the game. They troubleshot it without extensions enabled and having cleared the site's cache.
