Hello! I'm new to using roll20 as a DM, so I assume this is user error, but I'm not able to get my players to level up correctly. When using the charactermancer to level up, it instead attempts to make you create a new character. We all screen shared over discord, following the same steps 2 of my players were easily able to do it, the rest were unable to do the same thing. Everyone made their characters the same way on roll20 as well. Again, I'm unsure if this is user error or not. Thanks!
