Unable to delete characters from my game as DM.

Hello! Is there anyone that knows a fix for this? I've contacted roll20 support twice about this, and they said both times they were working on it. This was 2 months ago, and it annoys me a lot that I just have these characters in my game floating around. Those characters are still stuck in my game. This involves characters that have been loaded in another game with Characters, and then into my game with the Character Vault. I can not remove them as GM, and the players also can not remove them. It also says "Remove from Game" Instead of "Delete" (what it normally does) when I right click the character in the journal. I tried the following: - Click remove from game(obviously) - Place them in a folder and then delete the folder - Try to assign them to me and then remove them from game - Contact roll20 support

Alright, I will see if I can get some assistance sent your way, but considering the holidays it may take a bit of time.
Hi there Gyto! Unfortunately, we still do not have much news to share on this issue. To provide some context here, the issue is coming from a sort of "desync" in the sheet data that is resulting in this unresponsive behavior. Our manual methods for removal by our support team are not entirely safe due to the integration these sheets have with Roll20 Characters and could cause further issues. The bug ticket for this is still being investigated by our development team for a more systemic solution that would essentially "fix" the unresponsive button. I've made sure to pass this along as still being experienced for prioritization!
Thank you. Well then I just wait until these "floating" characters are able to be deleted.
