Death Tracker... with corpses?

Hey all! I like death tracker but wish it did this https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/7386999/slug%7D instead of just using the 'X' to mark a corpse: This works great. I have my rollable table of blood splatters and its fun to see the dead monsters turn into a gore on the battlefield. I also love how it removes dead from the turn tracker and adds them back in should they revive. However, I think it is tied to the health bar instead of the character sheet, so it doesn't work with API/scriptcard damage etc... Some other minor quibbles are that it doesn't clear conditions and (since i'm using the health bar) leaves a '-' on the top of the blood token. Anyway, I guess what I'm wondering is A. is there an easy-ish way to alter Death Tracker to do this? or B. an alteration that can be made to this to work with API damage (plus I like the effects and 'half dead' marker in DeathTracker ;) )? Thanks

API Scripter
For B, API scripts don't cause events to trigger, so it doesn't get a notice like if a player changes something. Many scripts that modify tokens offer a function to register a callback so that they can be notified of a change. That could be added to the script. A is probably a bit harder, but still possible.
