First off, I have no interest in any kind of homebrew content. It might sound vanilla but I kind of want just a solid 5E game, heck it could even be those premade box campaigns they release. Willing to pay for it to be ran well and the other players focused and respectful of the time, lack of main character syndrome. Evenings EST on Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs would be my best availability. == Little history about me – 42M Live in EST Time zone. I played a lot of DnD but not really for
about 20 years, the last time I
seriously played was in 2.5, it was a campaign setting called Birthright, which
I found pretty fun. I haven’t played TT 5e before, but I’ve played enough video
games that use it as a system (BG3 mainly) that I have a fair idea of what’s
going on but might need some character sheet creation help. I’d say by far the part of this I’m the most rusty on is
just roleplaying, probably really rusty at that so if its awkward at times I
apologize. As for character, As for character, what level should I make? I’ve always really played a sword and board
fighter with a lawful neutral alignment, usually human. I think something like that might be a good one
to do again because it’d be more like roleplaying myself than a character I
made up. Although, I do not have some burning desire in my soul to
play a fighter, and would be perfectly open to playing a class that fits the
group (I’m also interested in Rogue/Cleric/Archery based fighter). I’ve found some pretty good youtube channels that explain the stuff, so
I think I should be ok, although I’ve also heard things changed quite a bit,
like recently, some kind of 2024 5E thing?? If I sound like a good fit maybe tell me a bit about your game and your discord info and maybe we can chat more about it. Looking forward to it!
