i need some help

i wanna do a campaign set in the world of avatar: the last airbender but the question i need help with is should i let one of the players be that avatar? the game would be set before the show so it would be possible but would it make one player too much more powerful than the others?

That depends on your system. Now that is out of the way. How can your question be applied to the use of roll20 or the site? Your question would be better answered at a forum that specializes in your chosen system and the mods will encourage you to post over there.

It's really a non-Roll20 question. You might get more answers by asking this on another Roleplaying oriented forum, such as, for example Reddit or www.RPG.net Sounds like a fun campaign! There is not an "official" RPG for Avatar Airbender yet, as far as I know. It would be a homebrew based in some other game system. My answer would be No, do not have a Player as the Avatar if you have a group of players. EDIT: But rather than posting a whole discussion about that subject here since this board is meant for Roll20 questions, I'm just going to PM you directly regarding Avatar gameplay.
