Link to buy the 2024 books bundle not showing up and receiving a error timed out mesage everytime I try to go buy it.

So ever since the DMG 2024 was released recently on the Roll20 marketplace, I wanted to buy the bundle on Roll20 but every time I tried I would receive an error message saying I timed out to host ( Host being Roll20 ). I have tried to open it on multiple browsers and cannot get it to function, it seems to be an issue on Roll20's end. I also tried all the newsletter links, links on X, and links from the Community Forums, each of them an error occurred on multiple browsers which all resulted in failures in the attempt to connect to the host ( Roll20 ). I am in Canada but I have not had too many issues like this pop up in the past 10 years as recently I have had this issue with bundles that have expired as this one may have timed out. I just have not seen an issue posted about this and thought I would see if it can be checked out.

Is this the bundle you are referencing? 

If so, it is working for me. 

Which browser are you using? 
Are you using a VPN?

Nope not using a VPN an I tried to open it in Goggle Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I also disabled my firewalls and virus protection to see if the links worked, an I still got the Roll20 Error. Yes that is the bundle I believe I am refering too. If that is the link, I just cannot find out tho as it doesn't seem to work for me :(

I suggest filing a report with the Devs via the Help Center. Perhaps they can help figure out where the problem is.

I guess I will have to do that, as I have been trying to buy them from the links that Roll20 supplied for a few months now. It seems odd that I cannot get the link to work when it worked before the DMG was unavailable to purchase when they had only the PHB available months ago and that link was working for me.

Hey Kal, I think it looks like you got caught-up in a Cloudflare dragnet, so to speak. Cloudflare is a service Roll20 uses, designed to keep out bots and digital attacks on the servers. Hopefully the Help Center will be able to clear that up for your account. In the past when something like this was reported on Roll20 it turned out to affect a whole internet-service provider or even a whole country of the world, and it was cleared up when Roll20 realized it. Hey folks,

Wanted to chime in here regarding this issue.

This problem typically occurs (on the marketplace specifically) when the calculations to determine "dynamic prices" take too long. The length of these calculations can hit a timeout state wherein the page will fail to load and you will see this timeout error.

This is a bug that our team is aware of and is intended to be fixed in the future. However, I do not have an ETA for that fix at this moment.

If this happens, the workaround at this time is to utilize a secondary account and gift the item to your main account. If you run into any issues in that process or have further questions please feel free to contact our support team via Roll20.net/help and we'll do our best to get you sorted!

So I had a friend buy me the 2024 bundle and it was gifted to my account thanks for the assistance of everyone involved.
